No specific prior knowledge or qualifications in the field of cosmetics are required to take this course. All you need is your own motivation and desire to open a successful beauty salon. However, if you already have at least two years of training in the field of cosmetics or have been working in the field for over five years, you can skip the 'Fundamentals of Skin' module. This only applies to this specific module.

  • Anatomical structure and physiology of the skin and its appendages 10 LE
  • Functions of the skin and its appendages including hair (hair development, hair types, hair cycle) 12 LE
  • Skin types, pigmentation level 10 LE
  • Pathophysiology of the skin and its appendages (recognition of conditions that preclude cosmetic application to the skin) 20 LE
  • Pigment anomalies 5 LE
  • Hygiene classroom teaching 8 LE
